Data controls

Manage your content and request permanent deletion

UGAI gives you several ways to manage your connected accounts and content records. You can disconnect accounts, remove media, delete posts, or request a full deletion of account-related data.

Disconnect accounts

Use the Connections page to disconnect a connected social account. This stops future publishing actions for that connection.

Delete media

Remove uploaded assets from the Media Library when they are no longer needed for active posts or campaigns.

Delete posts

Delete draft, scheduled, or published posts from the workspace to remove them from the queue and planner.

Request permanent deletion

Email the team at ugaisupport@gmail.com with the subject “Permanent deletion request” to begin the process.
