Information UGAI Processes

UGAI stores content you create, media you upload, social connection details, and encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens required to provide requested platform connections. UGAI receives only the account information and permissions you authorize through each platform's official OAuth flow.

UGAI does not collect browsing data, analytics telemetry, or any information unrelated to the operation of the content management workspace.

How Information Is Used

Information is used exclusively to operate the workspace, display connected account status, store your content, and perform actions you explicitly request through the user interface or API. UGAI does not sell personal information or use social account data for advertising, training, or profiling.

Data Storage and Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a server-side key. Media files are stored with the configured media storage provider (Cloudinary by default). Your content and credentials are transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections.

Data is shared with a social platform only when necessary to complete an action you initiate and only within the scope of permissions you granted to UGAI through that platform.

Third-Party Services

UGAI integrates with the following third-party services through their official APIs:

• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — Page and Business account management, content publishing
• TikTok — Video upload and publishing
• Google (YouTube) — Video upload and publishing
• Cloudinary — Media file storage and transformation
• Supabase / PostgreSQL — Database hosting
• Vercel — Application hosting

Each service operates under its own privacy policy and terms of service.

Retention and Deletion

You can disconnect a social account from UGAI at any time through the Connections page. Disconnecting revokes UGAI's ability to publish on your behalf but does not remove content already published.

To request deletion of your account-related data or ask a privacy question, email ugaisupport@gmail.com from the email address associated with your UGAI account. We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as UGAI evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the application. The latest version is always available at https://ugai.tech/privacy.
