Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UGAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. UGAI is provided by Unhinged Gecko AI ("we", "us", or "our").

Use of the Service

You may use UGAI to create, schedule, and publish content for social media accounts you are authorized to manage. You are solely responsible for:

• All content created or published through the Service
• Compliance with each connected platform's terms of service and content policies
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

Connected Platforms

UGAI connects to third-party services through their official APIs and OAuth flows. Your use of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Google), Cloudinary, and any other connected service remains subject to that service's own terms and policies. UGAI does not guarantee the continued availability or approval status of any third-party integration.

You grant UGAI the permission to access each connected platform only within the scope of permissions you authorize during the OAuth connection process. You may revoke this permission at any time by disconnecting the platform through UGAI or through the platform's settings.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use UGAI to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Distribute unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• Circumvent platform restrictions, rate limits, or API terms
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or connected APIs
• Attempt to access tokens, credentials, or data belonging to other users
• Use the Service for unauthorized automated or high-volume publishing

Service Availability and Changes

UGAI is provided "as is" without warranties of availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UGAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of content, loss of publishing schedule, or platform account issues.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to UGAI for violations of these terms, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may stop using UGAI at any time by disconnecting your accounts and ceasing access.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
